BEDA combines site selection expertise along with extensive community development experience to better prepare state, local and regional economic development organizations for the challenges of attracting and retaining capital investment and jobs. Team-members have served as local and state economic development officials. These experiences give BEDA a unique perspective and the ability to successfully meet the needs of both private sector clients and public entities.

BEDA has hands-on experience with government incentive programs, allowing clients to focus on their core business. Incentive programs can be confusing and the compliance for the incentives constantly changes. Incentive packages are meaningless if the benefits cannot be collected; BEDA knows the people, programs and processes involved, allowing dollars to be delivered to the client's bottom line.
