TELAMON CORPORATION EXPANDS TO NEW JERSEY
South Brunswick, NJ - Governor Chris Christie
is committed to attracting high-tech jobs to New Jersey. Telamon Corporation has executed a Business Employment Incentive Program (BEIP) grant with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) to support the relocation of new jobs into the state. The company had considered expanding its Pennsylvania offices before choosing to grow in the Garden State. The company will create 31 new jobs and lease a 40,000 sf IT Center and Distribution facility.

BLUEFISH WIRELESS MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES EXPANSION
Zionsville, IN - Lt. Governor Becky Skillman joined executives from wireless management provider, Bluefish Wireless Management Inc., to announce the company will expand its operations, creating up to 150 new jobs by 2013. The Zionsville-headquartered firm, which oversees wireless device management services for many Fortune 100 companies, will invest $2.7 million to grow its existing space at the Northwest Technology Park from 20,000 square-feet to 60,000 square-feet.

ZIPP SPEED WEAPONRY TO EXPAND IN INDIANAPOLIS
indianapolis, IN - Governor Mitch Daniels joined executives of racing bike component maker, Zipp Speed Weaponry, to announce that the company will expand its design and manufacturing operations here, creating 105 new jobs by 2013. The company, which designs and manufactures wheels, bars and accessories for racing bicycles, will invest $12.4 million to construct a new 70,000 square-foot manufacturing and customer service center on the city's northwest side.

Columbus, OH - Telamon continues to grow into new markets as customer demands continue to rise. Telamon will expand to Columbus, Ohio in order to serve the region as well as Eastern Indiana markets. Telamon will employ approximately 31. Telamon specializes in IT deployment, meaning the company creates and builds towers, as well as installs IT hardware and software for its clients. AVRAM WORLDWIDE HEADQUARTERS ESTABLISHED IN GREENWOOD, IN
Greenwood, IN - Avram Worldwide, a provider of supply chain and logistics services, will establish its new headquarters and distribution operations in Greenwood, creating 78 new jobs by 2013. The company offers a variety of transportation management, warehousing, distribution and fulfillment services and will invest $885,000 to lease and equip an existing 20,000 square-foot headquarters facility in Johnson County.

St. Louis, MO - To meet new and growing customer demands and an expanding market, Telamon will expand to Jefferson County, Missouri near Fenton. Telamon will employ some 17 workers initially, expanding to approximately 28 workers by 2013. TELAMON CORP. OPENS TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN LOUISVILLE
Louisville, KY - A high-tech company that provides computer and technical support to AT&T has chosen Louisville as the site of its newest offices, Mayor Jerry Abramson announced today. Telamon Corp, based in Carmel, Indiana, will open a technology center in the Newburg neighborhood, creating 10 to 15 jobs in Louisville and another 20 to 25 jobs in the state, with opportunities for future expansion. The company was approved for $435,500 in state tax incentives for up to 10 years.

TELAMON APPROVED FOR INCENTIVES IN KENTUCKY
Louisville, KY - Telamon is considering the addition of a Louisville facility which would employ 28 and create new annual payroll of $1.2 million. The company would invest $258,000 in the new location. Telamon was approved for $435,500 in KJDA incentives for up to 10 years.
The project was approved for incentives by the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority. Telamon, a $455 million company based in Indianapolis, provides a variety of services to the telecommunications industry and its customers. It specializes in IT deployment, meaning they receive and install IT hardware and software to its clients.
“In the present economy, we see companies seeking to streamline and focus on their core competencies,” said Caleb Ho, President of Carrier Services Group, Telamon. “This has created opportunities for services firms like Telamon. We have always respected what Louisville offers: a business friendly environment, highly-trained workforce, Midwestern work ethic, and centralized location. IHIF RELEASES REGIONAL STRATEGIES FOR LIFE SCIENCES GROWTH

The Indiana Health Industry Forum (IHIF) announced that the second phase of its Statewide Asset Mapping and Strategic Planning project is completed, resulting in ten regional reports detailing recommended strategies for growth and development of the life science industry in Indiana.
Each of the ten regional reports includes an analysis of the existing life science industry in the area, including a visual representation or asset map. Strengths and gaps are discussed, and strategy recommendations are provided. These strategy recommendations can be used by local economic development officials to craft business retention, attraction and organic growth initiatives. ENGINEERING FIRM TO EXPAND ITS INDIANAPOLIS HEADQUARTERS

High-tech equipment designer Jarrett Engineering announced today it will expand its headquarters and engineering center in Indianapolis, creating nearly 40 new jobs by 2012. The company, which designs advanced manufacturing equipment and processes for manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace and pharmaceuticals industries, will invest more than $1.3 million to expand its engineering services and headquarters into an adjacent 7,000 square-feet of existing space at its 1011 North Pennsylvania Avenue facility.

TECHTOP LHP TO BRING NEW JOBS AND FACILITY TO COLUMBUS

Governor Becky Skillman joined executives from Indiana-based LHP Technologies and Chinese-owned manufacturer Techtop today to announce the companies joint venture that will bring a new manufacturing and distribution center to Columbus, creating more than 60 new jobs. Operating as Techtop LHP, Inc., the joint-venture company will invest more than $7 million to build and equip a 60,000 square-foot manufacturing and distribution center for its global line of electric motors, pumps and generators.

DCL MEDICAL LABORATORIES ANNOUNCES INDIANA EXPANSION
Indianapolis, IN - DCL Medical Laboratories was joined by Governor Mitch Daniels and Mayor Greg Ballard this morning to announce the company's plans to expand its headquarters and clinical laboratory in Indianapolis. The company will create 125 new life sciences jobs, invest more than $4.7 million and add more than 20,000 square feet of commercial laboratory space. Founded in 1984, DCL has grown from a diagnostic cytology lab to a full-service regional reference laboratory with operations in Indianapolis, St. Louis and Louisville. The expansion will enable DCL to leverage its experience in cytopathology, clinical trials and product development to facilitate commercialization of emerging diagnostics discoveries.

CHILDREN'S ORTHOPEDIC DEVELOPER TO GROW ITS NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA OPERATIONS
Warsaw, IN - OrthoPediatrics announced the company's plans to grow its development, manufacturing and distribution center in Warsaw, Indiana creating 100 new jobs. The two-year old developer of orthopedic implants for children and small stature patients will invest more than $4.5 million to more than double its development and manufacturing operations in the North Central Indiana town known as the Orthopedics Capital of the World.

COOK PHARMICA ANNOUNCES EXPANSION
Bloomington, IN - Cook Pharmica LLC, part of Cook Medical, is expanding its biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing facility in Bloomington, Indiana. The company will invest $84 million in facility upgrades and new equipment to add contract fill finish capabilities. The project will create over 200 new jobs at the facility where currently 225 people are employed.
Bingham EDA worked with Cook Pharmica to evaluate locations for the expansion and to negotiate incentives in support of the project including over $2.2 million in performance based tax credits and $100,000 in training grants from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
