AFFILIATE Contact: Susan Kilkenny Indianapolis, Ind. — Bingham McHale LLP has formed Bingham Economic Development Advisors, LLC (BEDA), an independently operated and managed affiliate of the law firm focused on economic development relating to site-selection analysis, incentive procurement and fulfillment, and community development and planning. Led by Jay Walters, who serves as president, the Bingham Economic Development Advisors' team is experienced in working with the private sector, nonprofits, and state and local governments on a wide array of economic development initiatives in communities throughout Indiana, the Midwest and the Southeastern U.S. Suzanne Davis and Linda Williamson serve as vice presidents of the organization.
